Q: Why do you call it S.M.A.R.T. Land K-16?

A: S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym for Science, Mathematics, Arts, Reading, and Technology. And "Land" is a place, real or imaginary, where our students (Kindergarten through 4 year college) can explore and master skills in those areas of study when desired. Research shows that approximately 30% of students graduate with a Bachelor's degree. Our goal is to make a major impact upon that statistics.

Q: How does your curriculum compare to our school system?

A: S.M.A.R.T. Land K-16 is designed to supplement your current school program as an extended day academic experience at our onsite location. Students are able to log into the online systems using their tablets, smart- phones, or PCs 24/7. This allows more productive time spent on their tasks. In addition, we currently use MobyMax: Complete K-8 differentiated, adaptive, and integrated curriculum and teaching system for Reading, Math , Language, vocbulary, writing, test prep, and more based upon the common-core standards. Our program provides online study in all subjects for Preschool to 12 based upon the various state standards. We offer a powerfully, interactive SuperstarOnline animated learning games when requested. In addition, Mathway provides detailed, step-by step solutions to math problems.

Q: What are the qualifications of your team members?

A. All of our team members have Master Degrees and higher, majored in mathematics, biology, engineering, reading development, computer science, extensive experience in corporate training and college level instruction. They are dedicated professionals who are committed to ensuring the success of your child.
